THE BOOK OF A SITE
The story of the journey.
Nothing on this site is just decoration. The bust, the helmet, the rings, the planets, the meteors, even the way one page turns into the next; each of them tells something. This page is the book of those meanings. As the site grows, new chapters will be added.
CHAPTER I
You are the bust
Home, at every stop
We are not the hero of this journey; you are. The bust standing at the centre of the home page is the visitor's body in this universe: your avatar. As you scroll, it travels; when you stop, it stops too and quietly breathes. In this universe, you live inside it.
On a phone the bond is closer still: tilt the phone left or right and the bust turns that way; tilt it forward or back and it bows its head. The screen in your hand becomes a window onto its world. On an iPhone, one tap on "Explore with motion" is all it takes; if you say no, the button waits for you again on the next page.
Once motion is on, a faint phone appears in the middle of the screen: it tilts right, left, forward and back, then fades away. It tells you the scene is now listening to your hand. It does not remind you on every visit, only once every few weeks.
Tilt is not only for the home page. On the inner pages the planets lean with the phone, and the stars in the background shift by their depth: the big ones more, the small ones less. A soft golden light falls where the phone leans, too.
Where the bust looks is where you should look. When it turns its head to a heading, those words are for you; when it turns to the planets, your eyes follow; when it turns to you, the conversation is with you. At every stop, the focus of the scene and your own meet at the same point. The site does not tell you where to look; it shows you.
That is why the face behind the helmet's visor matters. However far technology goes, there is always a person behind the glass. That person is you; every planet, every orbit and every light on this site turns around you.
CHAPTER II
Darkness and gold
Everywhere on the site
Everything begins in the dark. Black is the colour of code not yet written, of a problem waiting to be solved: an empty screen, a boundless space. Gold is the value drawn out of that darkness.
That is why gold never covers a surface on this site; it appears as a line, as light, as dust in the pores of stone. The value lies within the work.
The only moment gold fills a surface is the moment you take a step. Hover over a button and gold fills it from the left; move away and it draws back to the right: a decision makes value fully visible, for an instant.
CHAPTER III
The bust and the helmet
Home, 01 Vision and 02 Who we are
The bust at the centre of the scene is a bearded thinker of antiquity, carved from dark stone; an ivory marble toga falls over his shoulders, held by a golden brooch. He stands for everything the human mind has built up: mathematics, architecture, writing. Every line of code written today rests on that legacy.
The golden space helmet placed on the bust is the journey into the future. The brooch on the toga is made of the same gold: past and future are cast from the same metal. The visor is clear and the face shows through: technology does not stand in front of people, it walks beside them.
The bust never stands fully still; at rest it breathes gently, and as you scroll it turns its head to you, to the text or to the planets. At the 02 Who we are stop, the camera moves in on the visor: getting to know Cloud Yazılım begins by looking at the face behind the glass, which is to say, at you. Every project opens by listening to what you need.
CHAPTER IV
Golden orbit rings
Home, around the bust
The golden rings turning around the bust are orbits. Every project turns around a centre: a need, a goal.
The rings never stop, because good software does not end on the day it is delivered; it keeps turning, with maintenance, updates and growth.
CHAPTER V
Seven stops and the rail on the left
Home, left edge
The home page is a single journey made of seven stops: Vision, Who we are, Services, How we work, Projects, References, Contact. The 01–07 lines on the left are this book's table of contents; the golden line shows which chapter you are in.
You move between stops with a single gesture: one turn of the wheel, or one swipe of a finger on a phone, carries you to the next scene. The journey never leaves you halfway, stranded between two scenes.
The address bar follows the journey too. An address like #hizmetler-web-tasarim names exactly that stop and that planet; whoever shares it takes the reader to the same page of the book.
CHAPTER VI
The solar system
Home, 03 Services and the service pages
The Sun is Cloud Yazılım; our services are the planets around it. Earth is missing from this system on purpose: Earth is your place. You will find it on the contact page.
Jupiter is custom software: the largest, most powerful planet. The Great Red Spot belongs to it alone, just as a system written for you belongs to you alone.
Saturn is web design: the planet you recognise from afar by its rings, the most "showcase" of them all. Your website, too, is the face your brand turns to the world.
Mercury is e-commerce: it takes its name from the god of trade and is the planet that circles the Sun fastest. Fast shopping, fast delivery.
Uranus is mobile apps: the only planet that spins on a tipped-over axis, like a phone turned from portrait to landscape in your hand.
Neptune is artificial intelligence: the only planet found by mathematics before it was ever seen in the sky. AI, too, sees the outcome in advance, by calculating it from data.
Venus is not a service, and yet it is in orbit: between Mercury and Jupiter, in its true place. It takes its name from the goddess of love and beauty; it is the planet closest to Earth and, after the Moon, the brightest in the sky. With its axis tilted 177.4°, it stands upside down, which is why, unlike the others, it turns from east to west. It is the planet of the About us page.
The planets' colours are true to life, but gently warmed towards the site's black-and-gold palette. One by one they come forward, grow, and return to their orbits.
Their speeds follow the rule of reality too. By Kepler's third law, the larger the orbit, the longer a lap takes; on the site, this law is applied to the planets' orbits on screen. Mercury completes a lap in 10 seconds, Neptune in 68. At true proportions, one lap of Neptune would take two hours and it would seem not to move at all; the rule is real, the scale is the site's.
CHAPTER VII
Meteors
Home, 04 How we work
The four steps of the working process (Discovery, Design, Development, Launch) are four meteors. Each is a black, porous rock with golden veins glowing in its cracks: the value hidden inside a raw idea.
Each meteor has its step number engraved in gold on its face. At that step, the meteor is caught beneath the text and held; when the step is over it is released, drifts on in the same direction, and the next one arrives. The meteors do not pile up, because every finished step is left clean behind. Scroll back and they return along the same path.
CHAPTER VIII
Meteor stream and stardust
Home, background
Deep in the scene, small meteor rocks drift past, all in the same direction, from top right to bottom left, along the path of the large meteors at 04. Some pass just behind the bust, some far away. Nothing that does not exist in space exists in this scene: instead of glowing spheres hanging in the air, stones that could truly pass by.
The stream never stops, because ideas never stop; each comes from somewhere else and travels in the same direction. With "Meteors" and "Speed" in the settings, you decide how dense and how fast this stream is.
The fine stardust in the background keeps the scene from being a dead black: space is not empty, only silent.
CHAPTER IX
The opening counter
The first time the home page opens
When the site first opens, the screen counting from 00 to 100% keeps the curtain closed until the scene is truly ready. You are never shown a moment with the models half loaded, just as unfinished work is never delivered.
When you come back to the home page during the same visit, the counter does not appear again. Making you wait once is enough.
CHAPTER X
Three languages
Top right, next to the menu
This site speaks three languages: Turkish, English and French. On your first visit it greets you in your own, reading it from your browser's language and, if needed, from your time zone. If your language is none of the three, the door opens in English.
The language button sits next to Contact in the desktop menu, and to the left of the menu button on phones: a small list, TR / EN / FR. The language you choose is remembered, and every page has its own address in each language (/en/, /fr/).
While the scene is being prepared, the two lines of the opening screen, "CLOUD SOFTWARE" and "PREPARING THE SCENE", change language every three seconds. Before the door opens, the site greets every traveller in their own tongue.
CHAPTER XI
A scene drawn live
Home, "Scroll, and the journey begins." at the first stop
Nothing you see is a recorded video. The bust, the helmet, the rings, the planets and the meteors are redrawn in your browser with Three.js and WebGL, dozens of times a second. That is why the scene turns to you when you move the mouse, and why every visit is a little different.
The small golden dot at the first stop says as much: it blinks slowly, because the scene is running right now. The invitation beside it, "Scroll, and the journey begins.", leaves the first step to you; as you scroll, the story moves on.
Now and then the browser takes the graphics card back for a moment; it happens in private windows or when memory runs low. The scene then rebuilds its own light and carries on from where it left off. If the graphics card never comes back, a still image of the same scene takes its place; the screen is never left in the dark.
CHAPTER XII
The planet gate and the dive into space
Between pages
When you click a planet on the home page, its colours fill the screen and become that planet again on the service page: you enter a service through the planet itself. The × at the top right sets you back down at the same planet.
Between the other pages, you dive into space: the page grows towards you and melts into the dark, and the new one comes in from afar and sharpens. Every page is the next orbit of the journey.
Every page other than the home page has a × in its corner. Close it and the same dive takes you back to where you came from, to the very point you left. You do not get lost on this journey; every door has a way back.
Go to an address that does not exist and you fall into an empty orbit: "This orbit is empty." Even there the sky is with you, and the road back to the home page is always open.
The text on the pages rises out of the dark letter by letter. Like the pages of a book being turned, it opens as you read.
CHAPTER XIII
The sky of the inner pages
Every page except the home page
When you leave the home page's 3D scene, you do not leave space. Behind the inner pages, sparse stardust drifts very slowly, and in a corner rests a faint light, cast by a distant star. On the service pages, that light takes the colour of the page's planet.
In the bottom corner, thin golden orbit lines slowly turn, small lights travelling along them: every page is an orbit too. And wherever you move the mouse, a soft light follows you, like a lantern held up to help you find your way in the dark.
All of it is deliberately faint and slow. The sky does not stand in front of the text you are reading; it keeps it company. The light and star levels in the settings change this sky too.
CHAPTER XIV
The scenes of the service pages
Service pages
Jupiter's bands settle into place as you scroll, and the Great Red Spot grows. Four moons circle it: e-Invoice, Bank, Shipping and Marketplace. Custom software draws every system around your business into its own orbit.
Saturn's rings open and the Cassini Division between them widens. The page at the centre of the rings breathes at the same time: in good design, space matters as much as content.
Over the course of the scroll, Mercury makes a single lap around the Sun, passing the stops of cart, payment and delivery. The counter at the centre counts its 88-day year: the shortest orbit from cart to door.
Uranus's tipped-over axis is the turn of a phone; an app has to work properly in every position.
On the Neptune page, rays from scattered data points meet at a single target, and there the planet appears, with an answer beside it, and its source. Artificial intelligence is the road from data to answer.
CHAPTER XV
Venus, the Sun and Earth
About us and Contact
The About us page opens with Venus. The planet of love and beauty, Earth's nearest neighbour, the brightest star of morning and evening. It stands on the page that introduces Cloud Yazılım: the brightest neighbour, the one standing closest to you. You can take hold of it and turn it too; let go and it returns to its own backward spin.
On the About us page, five orbits turn around the Sun: Cloud Yazılım, Cloud Bilişim, Cloud Dijital, Cloud Eğitim and Gorgon Game. One sun, five orbits; one group, five areas of expertise. The orbits turn on a plane tilted 45°, like a system seen from the side; the brand passing behind slips behind the sun.
On the Contact page, it is Earth that turns: "Every orbit turns to you." The only planet missing from the home page's solar system is here, because Earth is your place. Its axis is tilted 23.44°, as in reality, and it turns from west to east; when it opens, Türkiye and Europe face you. You can take hold of it and turn it; when you let go, it returns to its own tilt and spin. The Moon circles it; its orbit is tilted 5.1°, as in reality, and it always shows Earth the same face. The Moon is loyalty: a companion that stays by your side, wherever you are. In the form, services are chosen as planet buttons.
An invisible guard stands at the door of the form: it quietly checks that a person wrote the message, and leaves whatever machines send at the door. Every message that arrives comes from a real traveller.
Our offices are in two countries: Istanbul in Türkiye and Lausanne in Switzerland.
CHAPTER XVI
Sound and scene settings
On every page, bottom right corner
The ambient sound is not a file; it is created in your browser, in the moment. A soft chord from far away, and a rustle that swells and draws back like waves breaking on a distant shore. While the sound is off, the icon ripples, asking: "would you like to listen?"
In the settings you can change the intensity of the light and the stars, the colour and the typeface. The sky is yours; your preferences are kept in your browser and come with you to whichever page you visit.
On the home page you can also switch on "Mouse light" if you wish: the lantern of the inner pages then follows you through the home page's scene as well. It comes switched off, because the home page has lights of its own.
With "Orbits" you can switch off the golden orbits turning around the bust, and with "Height" slide them from chest level up above the helmet. "Planets" sets how fast the planets of the solar system turn around the Sun: all the way to the left they stand still, all the way to the right they turn twice as fast.
If you get lost, "Reset" returns every setting to how it was on day one; the ambient sound, if you have turned it on, stays as it is.
When you step inside the settings, the golden ring around the cursor steps aside and only the dot at its centre remains: small sliders and colours call for the precision of a fine point.
In the bottom left corner, level with the buttons on the right, sit Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook; when the settings open, they step aside to make room. On a phone, when you open the menu the curtain comes down first, then the stops rise one by one; below them, a call and WhatsApp are a single tap away, and at the very bottom, this story is waiting.
CHAPTER XVII
Type and typography
Headings and text
The classical serif type of the headings comes from the past, like the bust; the plain, modern type of the body text belongs to the future. Side by side, the two carry the whole idea of the site: ancient wisdom, new technology.
The book is open. The journey goes on.
