This notice explains how Cloud Yazılım processes your personal data when you visit the cloudyazilim.com.tr website and when you contact us. It is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”), which applies where we offer our services to, or measure the use of our site by, people in the European Union and the European Economic Area. For visitors in Switzerland, where we also have an office in Lausanne, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) applies where relevant; the information below meets its requirements as well.
Who is responsible for your data?
The controller of your personal data is:
Cloud Bilişim Yazılım Dijital Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Cloud Yazılım)
Address: Kartaltepe Mahallesi, Alpay İzer Sokak No:6 Ofis:14, Bakırköy / İstanbul, Türkiye
E-mail: [email protected]
For any question about this notice or about your data, you can reach us at the e-mail address above.
Which personal data do we process?
- Contact form and e-mail: your full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message, as well as any information you choose to include when you write to us by e-mail.
- Technical and log data: your IP address, the date and time of access and information about your browser, recorded in the server logs. To prevent excessive submissions through the contact form, your IP address is also kept in an irreversible form (as a hash value) for no longer than one hour.
- Bot check: on the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person. For this check, Cloudflare processes technical information from your browser and device. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
- Analytics data: through Google Analytics, the pages you visit, the length of your visit, your device and your approximate location. Unless you consent to analytics cookies, no analytics cookies are set and only cookieless measurement signals that do not identify you are sent. Details are in theCookie Policy.
- Preferences: your scene settings (light, colour, sound), motion permission, language and cookie choice are stored only in your browser and are not sent to Cloud Yazılım.
Giving us your contact details is neither a statutory nor a contractual requirement. However, without them we cannot reply to your request.
Why do we process your data, and on what legal basis?
- Replying to your requests for quotes and information, and preparing and performing a contract:Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and performance of a contract). Where your enquiry is not aimed at a contract, or where you write to us on behalf of a company, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive).
- Keeping the site and the contact form secure, and preventing misuse and spam (server logs, the hashed IP address, Cloudflare’s security services and the Turnstile check): Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in running a secure and reliable website).
- Measuring and improving how the site is used: for analytics cookies, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent); for cookieless measurement signals, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in aggregate, non-identifying statistics on the use of the site).
- Showing the map on the contact page: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, given by pressing “Show the map”).
- Complying with our legal obligations, such as keeping business records and answering lawful requests from public authorities: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, to the extent these obligations arise under applicable law, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in meeting the legal requirements we are subject to and in establishing, exercising or defending legal claims).
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed them against your interests and rights. You can object to this processing at any time (see “Your rights” below).
Who receives your data?
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Only the following service providers can access the data, and only to the extent needed to provide their service:
- Our hosting and e-mail service provider: to run the site and deliver the form messages.
- Cloudflare: to deliver the site quickly and securely (content delivery, attack protection) and to check the contact form against automated submissions (Turnstile).
- Google (Google Analytics): for measurement; if you have not consented to analytics cookies, limited to cookieless measurement signals.
- Google (Google Maps): only when you press “Show the map” on the contact page. Google then receives your IP address and technical data from your browser, and processes them under its own terms and privacy policy.
Information is disclosed to competent public authorities only where the law requires it.
International transfers
Cloud Yazılım is established in Türkiye, so the data you send us are processed there. Türkiye is not the subject of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or of the Swiss Federal Council. Some of our service providers, including Google and Cloudflare, are based in the United States or process data on servers outside the EU, the EEA and Switzerland. Where data are transferred to such countries, the transfer relies on the safeguards offered by the provider concerned, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or, for providers certified under it, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its Swiss–US extension). For the map and for analytics cookies, the transfer is also covered by your consent. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards at the e-mail address above.
How long do we keep your data?
- Form messages and e-mails: deleted once your request has been concluded and the statutory retention periods required by any resulting business relationship have expired.
- Server logs: kept for the period laid down in the applicable legislation.
- The hashed IP address used against excessive submissions: no longer than one hour.
- Analytics cookies and the preferences kept in your browser: for the durations given in theCookie Policy.
